Know what you’re washing

Your vagina is on the inside. Your vulva is the outside area. When I talk about washing your yoni, I’m talking about external cleansing.

Be gentle with that skin. Follow the directions on your Pretti Goddess wash and give yourself time to cleanse and rinse thoroughly. You don’t need to keep adding soap or scrub harder to feel clean.

Get to know each product

Your wash and your Yoni Oil have different purposes, so take a moment to read the directions on each one. Even when products come together in a Fresh Kitti Kit, each has its own place in your routine.

Read past the front label

Pretty packaging may catch your attention, but I want you to get familiar with the ingredients too. Especially if you already know your skin is sensitive to certain things.

Words like natural, vegan, and plant-based tell you something about a formula. They don’t tell you everything about how your skin will respond. Pay attention to how a product feels when you use it and afterward. If something irritates you, stop using it.

Give your body some attention

Get familiar with what’s normal for you. That includes your natural scent, your discharge, and how your skin feels.

If you notice persistent odor, itching, burning, or unusual discharge, get checked so you know what you’re dealing with. You deserve to understand what’s happening with your body instead of spending weeks wondering.
