Unrefined Coconut oil has many health benefits. It’s antimicrobal and anti-fungal. It helps decrease yeast infections when applied to the vagina daily. 

Unrefined coconut oil is also good for oral health. Oil pulling, which involves swishing coconut oil in your mouth like mouthwash, may kill some of the harmful bacteria in the mouth. This may improve dental health and reduce bad breath

Instructions: 

After your shower/bath, apply a quarter size amount to the vaginal area daily
